Maniyur SDC OJT Program – Skill2Venture is a hands-on On-the-Job Training (OJT) initiative designed to provide practical experience in Electronics, IoT, Embedded Systems, and Arduino Programming. The program bridges the gap between classroom learning and real-world applications through project-based training, innovation, and teamwork. Participants develop technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and industry-ready knowledge by building practical electronic and IoT solutions. The program empowers students to learn, innovate, and prepare for future careers in technology and entrepreneurship.

Kakkad Higher Secondary School, Avitanallur. The program is designed to inspire students to explore the exciting world of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) through practical learning and innovation. Our training focuses on Arduino programming, IoT (Internet of Things), robotics, electronics, sensors, automation, coding, and design thinking, enabling students to transform creative ideas into real-world solutions. Through project-based learning, participants gain valuable technical skills, teamwork, problem-solving abilities, and an entrepreneurial mindset. The ATAL Tinkering Lab, an initiative of the Atal Innovation Mission (AIM), NITI Aayog, provides students with a modern innovation space to experiment, create prototypes, and develop future-ready skills. At Skill2Venture Balussery, our mission is to empower the next generation of innovators by delivering high-quality, hands-on technology training that encourages creativity, innovation, and lifelong learning.
